Enable FTP protocol in MFT

On an  MFT Marketplace domain using MFT FTP Embedded servers,  the SFTP protocol (set to port 7522) works fine, but the FTP protocol (set to port 7021) fails to connect form external applications (like FileZilla).

On MFT the FTP protocol was enabled within the application, in the same way the port was enabled from OCI adding the Backend Sets, Listener and within the VCN in Security Lists the corresponding rules were added.

Testing using FileZilla client works OK for SFTP protocol (connects and shows directory listing), but the test using FTP was unsuccessful as we observed the following error:

• Status: The server sent a passive response with a non-routable address. Passive mode failed.
• Error: Error retrieving directory listing

In the same way, the passive mode was enabled in FileZilla, they can tell us if we need any extra configuration to enable the FTP protocol or if it is possible to enable the FTP protocol.
