Goal

When creating new hires with minimal required attributes as part of the Oracle Fusion HCM REST API Workers end point, observe that the payload responses are inconsistent in elapsed time. When using Postman, the timings range between 6 to 30 seconds, with some payload responses timing out. Similar behaviors are observed across different pods associated with the account; each pod is a different size with various numbers of Service Servers which process these requests. This issue impacts 3rd-party middleware as it expects employee details to continue the process of onboarding and other hiring activities.
