The customized report is not reflecting the customizations

Have customized seeded report PerformanceApprovalNotificationsReport, but when it's printed, the seeded report is displayed with no customizations reflected

The report name is PerformanceApprovalNotificationsReport
The path is /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications
