JNDI Exception is Occurring After Logging into IMCS (Doc ID 2817576.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Merch to version 19.3.002, the following exception is occurring after logging into IMCS. However, it doesn't block the application but it keeps popping up when navigating through different screens.

ERROR
------------
"JBO-27200: JNDI Failure. Unable to lookup Data Source at context java:comp/env/jdbc/RmsDBDS"

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Login to Invoice Matching application.
  2. Notice the below error:
    "JBO-27200: JNDI Failure. Unable to lookup Data Source at context java:comp/env/jdbc/RmsDBDS"
