Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

Maximum Escalation level for cost center manager supervisor hierarchy is set as 1, but task getting assigned to higher levels, once the first level escalation owner approves

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
Task should not be assigned to higher levels, once first level escalation owner approves

STEPS
----------
1. Customer has set Maximum Escalation Level to 1 for ReqApproval task in BPM
2. Approval rule is based on Cost Center Manager Supervisor hierarchy, with Number of Approval Levels as 1
Start with is also Cost Center Manager (for example name is "X")
3. PR created and tree generated as per approval hierarchy defined. PR submitted
5. Line manager hierarchy is X < Y < Z < A
6. If X approves, PR gets approved as expected. But if X does not approve then gets escalated to Y, also expected
7. Y does not approve, task gets expired as expected.
8. But if Y approves, the task is getting escalated to Z. This is unexpected
