BICCC Extract of General Ledger Budget Balances (Doc ID 2817875.1)

Goal

User attempting to extract via the Budget PVOs

 FscmTopModelAM.FinGlInquiryBalancesAM.BudgetBalancePVO
FscmTopModelAM.FinExtractAM.GlBiccExtractAM.BudgetBalanceExtractPVO

It appears that most Budget Balance records are not available from via these views

The underlying table for these views is GL_BUDGET_BALANCES and this table does not contain all expected Budget Balance records.

To compare we have looked at the OTBI Subject area - "General Ledger - Balances Real Time" which does not correspond to the data in GL BUDGET_BALANCES.

Please can you advise if this expected and if so , advise the recommended approach for extracting GL Budget Balances via BICCC?
