Symptoms

Unable to download and open a SOC-1 report from MY Services.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to My Services.
2. Under Active Applications, click on EPM link.
3. From Service:epm (Oracle Enterprise Performance Management) page, click on Documents tab.
4. For Document Type, click on the drop-down menu, and select SOC-1 from the list.
5. Click on the Download button for "SOC-1 Report for Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud", for example.
6. Click on Open File.

  This opens an "Oracle Confidential" document first.

7. Scroll down to to the bottom of this document and click on the "I Accept" button.  However, nothing happens.
