Updating Item via Item Import FBDI Gives "ITEM_NUMBER - The specified item does not exist." Error

When trying to update Item via Item Import FBDI then it gives the following error from Item Import Log.
Steps to Reproduce
- Prepare ItemImportTemplate.xlsm for updating existing item by setting Item Number same as exiting Item Number
- Generate and upload CSV file by "Load Interface File for Import" ESS Job Import Process = Item Import
- Run "Item Import" ESS Job
