Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee started work 30/11/2020 however the assignment was set up in December.
He was manually enrolled into the pension scheme with a start date 30/11/2020 but didn't show up on the auto enrollment reports for December as having joined the scheme

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employee should should be shown as joined the scheme as of November


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Pension Auto Enrolment (PAE) Multiple Updates process
2. Observe behavior
