Change Salary - Proposed Salary Amount

Have a requirement to configure approval based on proposed Annual salary change amount, (Transaction : Manage Salary)

We have 2 salary basis

1) Hourly
2) Annual, We are able to configure change salary approval for annual salary basis to meet the requirement.

But we are facing an issue with hourly salary basis employee, Because proposed change amount will be based on hours not based on Annual, We are not able to find any attribute in approval condition to call proposed annual salary change amount,
Can you please help us to provide the right attribute to call proposed annual salary change amount?
