ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issues with Restricting Plan Access in Comp Plans

User added roles under the 'Configure Plan Access' task that would restrict the visibility of certain plans under the following tasks:

1) Act As Proxy Manager
2) Administer Workers
3) Global Models
4) Run Batch Processes

The plan access restriction is working in all areas except for a specific task under Run Batch Processes: Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the user whose roles are not added in manage plan access, should not view the plan name in Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements

STEPS
--------
1. Manage Plan Access set to Yes
2. Add roles
3. These roles are connected to US users.
4. Login as Philippines User and verify that in Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements this user is able to view US Merit Plans.
