Steps to reproduce
------------
From Change Assignment task
Select employee
On Assignment info change working hours from 40 to 35
FTE is auto calculated to reflect change in hours
Go to Salary page and FTE adjustment is reflected in Salary Calculation> Submit
 
Go back into Change Assignment task to edit the FTE
Employment Info - Employment
Access the History record for the FTE adjustment transaction
On Assignment Card, click pencil icon
edit working hours, change from 35 to 32
FTE is auto calculated to reflect change in hours
Go to Compensation Info task
The FTE is adjusted but the Compensation is not automatically adjusted.
