Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a specific user attempts to access the Administration > Enterprise Data > Project Codes view in P6 Web, the Loading icon (3 dots) appears but the page never loads.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The page should load without delay.
