Goal

Cloning environment from one region (us6 configured with SSO) to another (us2 configured with SSO as well), with Users and Predefined Roles option selected and this sent an email to all users about their credentials in us2 region even though it is configured with SSO causing a lot of confusion for the users.

Is there a way to avoid the email going out to all the users?
