Goal

When we try to access the OCI Console from Saudi Arabia, it takes more than 10 seconds to respond. 

Why we are getting slowness in Saudi Arabia using WAF?

In this example, if you try to access the application URL, the traffic goes from Saudi Arabia client to Europe WAF (Web Application Firewall) Infrastructure, then back to Saudi Arabia Load Balancer (LB), and then to the backend from Saudi Arabia.
