Injector Process Fails When Uploading Data From Customs Entry Into ReIM (Doc ID 2818627.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Integration

When attempting to run reimediinjector for a non-merch invoice created based on a customs entry in Trade Management,
the following error occurs.






The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. create customs entry in RTM
  2. Customs entry is sent to MFCS.INVC_HEAD as a non merch invoice. EDIDLINV_JOB. INVC_HEAD.EDI_SENT_IND = N
  3. run EDIDLINV_JOB. INVC_HEAD.EDI_SENT_IND = Y
  4. run REIM_EDI_INJECTOR_JOB. Process errors with "PV_HEADER_TAX_FULL_TAX" rule error
