ODI on MP Jetty Agent Does Not Log to odiagent.log

Symptoms
When running jobs on the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace Jetty agent in version 12.2.1.4.200618 and above, the normal job execution logging is not recorded in the odiagent.log file. The only lines that are written come from the built-in nightly Load Plan log purge job.
The session logs viewed under the Operator tab in Studio show that the correct agent was selected, pointing to the correct Physical Agent with the correct configuration to reach this agent. The agent Test is successful, showing that the agent is up.
