Symptoms

Label details in Family and Emergency Contacts section in 'Hire an Employee' task is faint.

When the UI theme is changed from Redwood to other theme (Sky Blue and Dark Blue), the labels on Family and Emergency Contacts section in 'Hire an Employee' task are not visible clearly.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Hire an Employee

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Labels, such as 'Name', on 'Family and Emergency Contacts' section in 'Hire an Employee' UI should be visible clearly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion
2. Navigate to My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Hire an Employee
3. Go to Family and Emergency Contacts page

4. See Name field is fainter than the rest of the screen.
