21D Fusion Global HR: Convert Pending Worker Shows ID Value for Action Reason Field (Doc ID 2818863.1)

On When and Why section of Convert Pending Worker UI, value for Action Reason field is shown as ID instead of corresponding text:

Issue occurs only when the Action Reason derived during Convert Pending Worker is different from the Action Reason provided during Add Pending Worker flow.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Add a pending worker using Add Pending Worker flow and provide a value for Action Reason field.
  2. During Convert Pending Worker flow, the Action Reason derived from Add Pending Worker flow needs to be changed to a different value as the derived one is not valid for the Convert Pending Worker Action.
  3. ID value shown in Convert Pending Worker screen corresponds to Action Reason which was set in Add a Pending Worker screen.
