Symptoms
When an internal candidate is attempting to apply and take assessment
the following error occurs.

The partner site can't be reached now. Try again later. (IRC-1590638)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to career site
2. Apply for a job (Assessment partner is configured)
3. Click Take assessment
4. Error : The partner site can't be reached now. Try again later. (IRC-1590638)
