Abnormal Termination While Performing Business Validation In DC Tool (Doc ID 2818985.1)

Symptoms

While using DC Tool for DC_ITEM entity, there is no issue reported during import from file and data validation.

However during Business Validation, loading abnormally terminates and there is no errors displayed. This leaves some item data committed in the system but that does not show up as loaded because the DC_PROCESS_TRACKER does not get updated for the Business
Validation.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Ensure that RPM_IND is set to Y in RMS.
2. Import from file.
3. Data validation.
4. Business Validation.
5. Notice the errors in the Error Description field on the screen like

@0INV_FACTOR@1EA@2PR - related to UOM,

@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-02292: integrity constraint (RMSXX.UIL_IEM_FK) violated
- related to parent item set to a wrong one in S status
