ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After loading Documents Of Record or DOR via HDL, the file imports and loads successfully, but unable to preview the attached MS Word & PDF documents within the Fusion HCM UI via Home or Navigator->My client groups > Person Management>search for an employee->under the Actions drop-down LOV, click on Personal & Employment then Document of Records> Click on Preview button. Able to preview the DOR records when created within the Fusion HCM UI
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to preview the record via the navigation provided when they are loaded using the DocumentOfRecords.dat HDL file
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import and load DOR records using HDL successfully
2. Unable to preview the attached MS Word & PDF documents within the Fusion HCM UI via Home or Navigator->My client groups > Person Management>search for an employee->under the Actions drop-down LOV, click on Personal & Employment then Document of Records> Click on Preview button
3. Able to preview the DOR records when created within the Fusion HCM UI
