EPBCS SM - Data is not Importing into the First Actual Period in a Model (Doc ID 2819417.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import data into a model, using data maps, for the years 2019 to 2021, data is not importing into the year 2019. The correct source and target combinations are defined in the data maps.  It is showing as 'NaN' for 2019 after running the data import map.
