Qn1:How to set the approve plan version by job level of the approver in sequential stages of the amount range?

Qn2: In case the requester is the a team different that PM and for P.M, level we need to have two conditions: 1. PM to approve more or equal $10k and 2. When the PM is also a Manager to be able to approve less or equal $50k How to set that?
