Site Locale Changes Not Being Reflected in Purchase List Product Descriptions (Doc ID 2819629.1)

Symptoms

You may notice while testing locales that on the purchase list layout the products locale/details will not change as you select a different locale (But product details page and other site details will reflect the correct locale chosen)

 Possible changes made recently to Site locales or CDN configuration
