On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Define Project Plan & Schedule

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Project Budget/Forecast Approval: cannot receive any approval email

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Project Budget/Forecast Approval: should send approval email
This issue only happens in project budget/forecast approval.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit budget/ forecast not sending email for approval - nok
2. Submit PO, is sending email ok
3. Submit AR Invoice Approval , is sending email ok
4. Submit Project Status, is sending email ok
