How To Hide Milestone Section In Edit ISR Agent Flow? (Doc ID 2820000.1)

Goal

We are implementing Internal Help Desk. Some users will not use the Milestone feature. So I want to hide it based on the Category selected. I know UI modification is done in Visual Builder for the Internal Help Desk (Next Gen). Please advise how I can hide section of the Edit ISR Agent Flow?
