Fusion Time and Labour : Request Time Change Approval Notification Is Blank and Getting BIP Report Error - ORA-01422 (Doc ID 2820009.1)

On : version, Time Card Entry

Request Time Change Approval Notification is coming as Blank , When we use
the Primary Assignment Position name in the Time Card.

Layout Component has Position(Seeded), Absence(seeded) and Custom Payroll
Time Type (Multi Attribute - 10 values). No Hidden Components are there

Approving blank notification is updating time changes on time card.

Able to view the Time change request when we use one of the Secondary
Assignment Position Name, while creating the Time card.

Expect to view the content in the Approval Notification.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Employee. Go to Time and Absences > Request Time Change.
2. Request to delete time entry or update the time.
3. Submit request to delete time entry.
4. Log in as Approver (Manager).
5. Manager’s work-list has approval request for time change.
