Attachment Format Error While Completing The Performance Document From UI (Doc ID 2820016.1)

Symptoms

Error when trying to complete the performance document by admin user:

Validation of Attachment {name} failed.
You can upload only these file types: text, image, audio and video.
Remove attachments that have other file types.
