Fusion Time and Labour : Reported Hours On Time Entry Warning Message Not Gettting Updated In RUI (Doc ID 2820021.1)

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Time Card Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inconsistent reported hours on time entry warning message in RUI

We are having issue with time entry warning message in RUI.
Whenever employee updates time on time card in RUI , the number of hours on
warning message does not updates, based on the Reported Hours.
Also on changing time card view , it gets duplicated.

We did not have this issue in classic UI.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Warning message appears in the Responsive UI Should get reflected when there is an update in the Time card.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Me > Time and Absence > Existing Time Card
2. Open any Time card.
3. Change the Reported Hours from 18 to 19.
4. Once we clicked on Submit or Calculate the Warning message is reflected with new reported time.
5. Reopen the 19 Hours Time card, The Warning message is not updated as per the new Reported Hours.
