Symptoms

When trying to perform WLS for OCI scale out it fails at the following step:

/opt/scripts/decryptStrings.sh 1 | /u01/app/oracle/middleware/oracle_common/common/bin/wlst.sh -skipWLSModuleScanning /opt/scripts/extend_12c_domain.py
