Closing the Cost Zone Screen Closes all Tabs (Doc ID 2820149.1)

Symptoms

When the button close is pressed on the Cost Zones screen, all the remaining tabs are also closed.

Steps to recreate:
1. Open multiple tabs on RMS.
2. Open the Cost Zone screen.
3. Close the Cost Zone screen.
