Goal
A recent upgrade to Oracle Empiria 9.1 cloud using MS Azure SSO because it allows for federation, which is an option for single sign-on (SSO) without passwords, users recently started getting email from Oracle SSO indicating their password was about to expire. Since they are not using Oracle SSO, need to know the affect on Empirica login.
