Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Order Promising

When attempting to run Refresh And Start The Order Promising Server ESS Process, the following error occurs.

Error while refreshing Snapshot MSC_DATA_EXTRACTOR_PVT.refreshSnapshot returned: ORA-01843: not a valid month


STEPS
