Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, File Import/Export

When attempting to Contract Party Contact  the following error occurs.

But when we check in hz_parties , we can see that only one user exists with this name.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import management --> Party Contact
