PBCS/EPBCS: Users cannot Write to the YearTotal and Q1 Members on Forms Using Smart View (Doc ID 2820676.1)

Symptoms

When the user tried submitting data in a form using the dashboard, noticed that the member's YearTotal and Q1 are writable from Web User Interface. But the same elements were not writable in Smart View

Issue is specific to the Smart View and on Web User Interface the issue does not exist.

Changes

This issue is fixed and verified in both Smart View Core 21.110 and SmartView 365 21.11 against PBCS and EPBCS
