Need Guidance On Many URL Redirects (Doc ID 2820781.1)

Goal

URL Redirects (Akamai/OCE JSON: Specify Redirect Rules in a JSON File (oracle.com))

The redirects (backlinks) are required because We have many sites in many different languages and for each we added a suffix to the URL to avoid conflicts during our migration. We do not want to loose SEO and bookmarks from the site content so the old links to all sites need to be redirected to the new site location.
