Symptoms

When reverse engineering a Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) source to create an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) model, the options include a list of offerings that exist on the BICC server. This list can be used to pull in specific custom offerings. However, the list does not include all of the custom offerings Mapped for an ODI context.

To reproduce:

  1. Have an environment with many Contexts.
  2. Make sure that all Contexts are associated with a Physical Schema.
  3. In ODI Designer, locate the Model and go to the Reverse Engineer Tab.
  4. Choose the context and reverse engineer.

Notice the the custom offerings created that exist on the BICC server for the particular ODI context do not list under 'Offerings to reverse-engineer'
