Symptoms

When attempting to Sign In into Digital Customer Service application, the following error occurs:

Service is currently unavailable, try again later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open DCS app
2. Select Sing In
3. Type user and pwd
4. Application seems to login but after that, error message pops
