Symptoms

When trying to access Visual Builder, after login user is redirected constantly to VB instance URL, stuck in a loop, and cannot access Visual Builder.

Chrome/Edge network console may show

Request URL: <VB_URL>
Request Method: GET
Status Code: 302 Moved Temporarily
Remote Address: <IP_ADDRESS>

Or, Chrome/Edge debug console may show:

Cookie length should be less than or equal to 4096 characters.
