FUSION INV: User Can Access All Inventory Organizations for Some Reason, Ignoring the User Data Access Settings (Doc ID 2821129.1)

Symptoms

 
For a specific user, Access to inventory organization data is not restricted. The user can access all inventory organizations for some reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Go to Manage Inventory Organization Data Access for Users
3. For Each Role assigned to the user that they need to identify the Inventory Organization for which just they want the access
4. But a specific user can see all inventory organizations in “Select Organization” LOV in Inventory Management menu.
