Symptoms

There are two properties, Allow Posting & Allow Budgeting, in an EBS Adapter. These two are defined as derived properties that is  based on Summary flag. The expectation is to change the value of Summary flag ,and Allow Budgeting and Allow Posting should automatic change the values.
