Scheduled BI Publisher Report Jobs Are No Longer Displayed (Doc ID 2821644.1)

Symptoms

When accessing BI Publisher from the OCI Cloud Primavera Portal page (the "Oracle BIP" link) there are no scheduled report jobs displayed in the "Report Jobs" menu.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The users should be able to view BIP Scheduled Jobs in this menu, there are approximately 4 jobs that they have had scheduled to run periodically for the past year or so.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment.
  2. From the Primavera Portal page, click on "Oracle BIP" > Open > Report Jobs > There are 0 jobs displayed.
