Symptoms
Credit memo (CM) application showing error pop-up window while save the transaction but its not stop the transaction to be applied, and the pop-up window error message needs to be closed for every transaction save.
This issue occurs only for a specific user.

Error: ORA-56720: I/O data limit exceeded - call aborted
java.lang.NullPointerException
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Receivables > Receivables account > Manage Credit Memo Applications
2. Search by a CM number > open it > provide the transaction number to be applied
3. Save
