Error Uploading Attachments Into BPs via Unifier Rest API: No Such File or Directory (Doc ID 2821849.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to upload an excel file (via Unifier REST API) as an attachment in the Business Processes (BP) the following error occurs.

/tmp/unifierws-1/[FOLDER_NAME]/attachments/[FILE_NAME] (No such file or directory)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Use Rest API to upload an attachment to a BP record
  2. Notice the error
  3. Test with other files
  4. Notice the error
  5. Using postman - sent the json request to Unifier Integration API:
  6. https://[DATA_CENTER].unifier.oraclecloud.com/[ACCOUNT_NAME]/test/ws/rest/service/v1/bp/record/file/[FILE_NAME]
  7. Notice the error
  8. Unifier returns the json response with error: /tmp/unifierws-0/[FOLDER_NAME]/attachments/[FILE_NAME] (No such file or directory)
