Goal

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Data Load

Competency - Talent Profile

While trying to load the competency related to proficiency level at Person profile, the load is successful, but in the "View History" option the history getting repeated 13 times.

When adding the competency and proficiency level manually there is no issue with the history
