Payment Process Request(PPR) Templates Are Not Available In Initiate Payment Process Request

Symptoms
While scheduling the Process 'Initiate Payment Process Request' some of Payment Process Request templates defined are not available in choice list to
choose and schedule.
These are not newly created templates and have been used in the past.
These are not end dated and can be selected from Submit Payment Process request.
Issue is happening for all users
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The templates should be available in list of value(LOV).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Schedule Process
2. Select Initiate Payment Process Request
3. Click on choice list and look for the Template
4. Some templates are missing
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use those templates.
