Symptoms

There is a subledger application for bringing external transactions into Fusion. 

Some of the transactions fail Create Accounting with error “The journal entry has many primary balancing segment values on both the debit and credit sides and no clearing company option has been set.”

In the Create Accounting Execution Report, the transaction only shows one nonzero credit amount, so the expectation is that Intercompany Balancing should process the transaction as one-to-many instead of many-to-many.
