ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When enabling both publication and project level history for P6 EPPM Projects, the ODI scheduled ETL (LOAD_PLAN_DAILY) for a P6 EPPM source is not writing data (inserts or updates) for both project tables (W_PROJECT_D) or the underlining project fact history table (example, W_PROJECT_HISTORY_F).
Running LOAD_PLAN_ON_DEMAND or LOAD_PLAN_ININTIAL does not change the behavior.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When turning on Project level history for a P6 EPPM project, data should be written to the underlining project table (W_PROJECT_D) as well as the underlining project fact history table (W_ACTIVITY_HISTORY_F).
