PRC:PON:Online Message Status Becomes Read Before Supplier Reads It (Doc ID 2822033.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When an Online message is created for a RFQ, its message status becomes "Read" right after saving the message even though the message is still listed under "Unread Messages" for the supplier user.

Expected Behavior
Message Status stays Unread until supplier opens it.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create and published an RFQ
  2. Open the REQ and click Message button
  3. Create a message
    --> message Status is Read
  4. Login as the supplier user
    --> The message is listed under Unread Messages
